Boasting over 15 years of human resources experience including recruiting, training, performance management, career development, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, safety and compliance issues, Joann joined the PPM family in 2016.

Joann’s career has included management and consulting positions with small to mid-sized healthcare and homecare facilities. She has also served in Human Resource management roles within the transportation and manufacturing industries in which she developed talent management programs that included career path and succession planning as well as being an experienced leadership coach.

Joann earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Faulkner University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
