With a deep knowledge of anesthesia billing and practice management, Paul has a wide range of experience in all areas of anesthesia practice management and client services including strategic planning, budgeting, hospital contracting, hospital stipend negotiation, managed care contracting, and compliance. He is also active in the company’s business development efforts.
Prior to joining PPM in 1994, Paul worked as an investment banker with an emphasis on public finance and as a portfolio investment analyst with the Retirement Systems of Alabama. He has worked as the Assistant Chief of Staff for the Governor of Alabama.
Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Alabama, his Master’s in Business Administration degree from Auburn University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the Anesthesia Assembly Administration.
